Prep soccer: Cabell Midland boys stomp St. Albans 6-1

Alex Molina and Kyle Ryder scored two goals apiece to help Cabell Midland defeat host St. Albans 6-1 in boys high school soccer Monday.

Brandon Adkins and Matt Riley had the other goals for the Knights (7-1). Midland keeper John Apgar stopped two shots. Cody Taylor scored for the Red Dragons (2-4-2).

  • SISSONVILLE 6, POCA 0: Whitney Anderson scored three goals to lead the visiting Indians. Autumn Martin, Sidney Sisson and Taelor Watts added a goal each for Sissonville (8-1-1). Jenna Curry and Madison Edens combined for the shutout. Poca fell to 5-5.
