Farley carried 20 times for 142 yards and Gaydosz added 107 yards on 19 attempts. The unbeaten Knights (4-0), ranked No. 1 in Class AAA, wound up with 296 yards on 61 carries.
For the Black Eagles (1-3), Trevond Reese broke off a 44-yard touchdown run and A.D. Cunningham led the ground game with 80 yards on seven carries. Ken Haynes added a 38-yard TD burst for South Charleston.
SC quarterback Jon Alexander, who came into the game leading the Mountain State Athletic Conference in passing yards, finished 13 of 23 for 106 yards, and was picked off three times. Alex Childers had two of the interceptions for the Knights.
TOLSIA 46, HOOVER 7: Tolsia quarterback Dakota Robertson passed for five touchdowns and ran for another as the host Rebels (2-2) kept Herbert Hoover winless.
The Rebels jumped out to a 32-7 halftime lead and never looked back.
For Herbert Hoover (0-4), Shaun Dotson scored a 6-yard run in the second quarter.
RIPLEY 34, LINCOLN COUNTY 0: Jake Martin passed for three touchdowns and 223 yards to lead Ripley over visiting Lincoln County.
Martin, who was 8 of 18 with one interception, threw scoring passes of 24 yards to Tyler Kidd, 65 to Kade Harrison and 13 to Cody Stowers as the Vikings improved to 2-2.
Martin also rushed for 74 yards on 15 carries, and Tyler Pittenger added 60 on eight attempts, including a 7-yard TD run.
For the Panthers (0-4), Grant Bates connected on 7 of 17 passes for 91 yards and no interceptions. Ripley limited Lincoln County to 70 rushing yards on 28 carries.
VALLEY 36, CLAY 31: Valley started slowly but clawed its way back to win at Clay County.
The Greyhounds (3-0), tied for fifth place in Class A, led 16-15 at the half, fell behind early in the second half but rallied in the fourth quarter.
Clay (1-3) tried to rally on its final drive, but quarterback Tyler Stewart threw an interception, sealing the Valley victory.

HUNTINGTON 44, PARKERSBURG 0: Paden Christian and Donte Hendricks scored two touchdowns each as Huntington improved to 4-0 with a victory at Parkersburg.Quarterback Mark Shaver, who led the Highlanders with 111 yards on 11 carries, also scored and helped his team amass 325 rushing yards on 57 carries.
Huntington started the night tied with Elkins for the No. 3 spot in Class AAA. Parkersburg, which lost four fumbles and threw three interceptions, dropped to 2-2.
WAYNE 84, RAVENS-WOOD 42: Wayne scored six touchdowns - including two by Nathan Spurlock and two by Mason Hodge - in the first quarter en route to victory at Ravenswood.Spurlock, who scored on a 60-yard run and a 54-yard fumble recovery, led Wayne, 3-0 and No. 8 in Class AA, with 110 yards on five carries.
Devon Crews ran for three Ravenswood TDs and accumulated 122 yards on 15 attempts. Ravenswood, tied for fourth in AA, is 2-1.
MARTINSBURG 56, MORGANTOWN 28: Justin Clinton hit on 6 of 8 passes for 112 yards and ran for 159 yards as the visiting Bulldogs (4-0), the two-time defending Class AAA champions, won for the 32nd straight game.The all-class winning streak in West Virginia football is 36 straight, set by Ansted, a Fayette County school, from 1970-73. Ansted consolidated into Midland Trail in 1976.
Sophomore running back Trey Boyd added 136 yards and three TDs on 15 carries for No. 3 Martinsburg. Morgantown (2-1) was tied for sixth in the AAA ratings.
TUG VALLEY 42, TWIN VALLEY, VA. 30: Aaron Muncy had 48 yards on seven carries and caught two passes for 115 yards as Tug Valley rolled to victory at home.Muncy scored on a 16-yard run and a 67-yard pass from quarterback Mikey Newsome. Newsome added another touchdown throw of 16 yards to Jesse Mays and threw for 148 yards on 5 of 8 passes. Ryan Preece added a 82-yard punt return for the Class A No. 14 Panthers (3-1) and David Runyon added a 3-yard rushing touchdown.
Cameron Barbetto, Shannon Adams and Jake Kowalski scored on runs from 8, 6 and 10 yards out for Twin Valley, Va. (0-4) and Adam Quinley added a 9-yard touchdown pass to Adams. Twin Valley scored 21 points in the fourth quarter.
RITCHIE 28, BRAXTON 12: Trevor Shepler opened the scoring with a 2-yard run and threw two touchdown passes to lead Ritchie County (2-2) past visiting Braxton County.Tyler Coleman scored on a 91-yard kickoff return for Braxton (2-2).
