  • ST. ALBANS 53, WINFIELD 50: Breanna Propst finished with 18 points while Torri Wilson and Kaitlyn Propst each scored 12 to lift St. Albans (8-7) to the win. Haeley Moore scored 15 and Morgan Eggleton had 11 points for Winfield (8-8).
  • NICHOLAS 58, PIKEVIEW 44: Nicholas County (14-1) battled early with PikeView before pulling away in the second half. Shaelyn Shafter led the Grizzlies with 21 points while Mackenzie Martin added 17. For PikeView (7-7), Hope Nester scored 19 points.
  • BUFFALO 69, SHERMAN 46: Chelsey Parkins tallied 22 points while Olivia Dunn contributed 17 as Buffalo secured a road win. Tiffani Bailey also scored 13 points for the Bison (10-4). Jordan Lewis had 12 points for the Tide (6-10) and Sarah Massey had 10.
  • NITRO 56, HURRICANE 30: Nitro outscored Hurricane 27-9 in the second half as the Wildcats won on the road. Savannah Shamblin poured in 28 points for Nitro (8-8) while Kelli Douglas chipped in 11. Abby Watson led the Redskins with nine points.
  • PRINCETON 60, WOODROW 49: Mckenzie Akers exploded for 27 points as Class AAA No. 5 Princeton earned a home win. Marissa Mullins and Khadija Payne added 10 points apiece for the Tigers (13-2). Kavita Francois had a team-high 15 points for Woodrow Wilson.
  • SISSONVILLE 60, WAYNE 34: Madison Jones canned her first six shots and totaled 21 points for the visiting Indians, who ended a two-game losing skid. Mariah Youngblood and Brooke Reed donated 10 points apiece for Sissonville (12-5), which outscored the Pioneers 34-9 in the second and third quarters combined. Emily Marsh netted 15 points for Wayne (2-15).
  • RIVERSIDE 50, RIPLEY 46: Brittany Wood had a triple-double with 16 points, 15 rebounds and 13 blocks to lead Riverside (5-14) to the win. Lamontica Burger added 18 points and 10 rebounds for the Warriors. For Ripley (0-16), Jillian Mullins finished with 16 points.
  • MIDLAND TRAIL 67, OAK HILL 38: Four players scored in double digits as Midland Trail (4-10) beat visiting Oak Hill. Kennedy Cochran finished with 15 points, Emily Carte and Marissa Workman each scored 14 and Jesika Cooper had 11. For Oak HIll (0-15), Alyssa Barron scored 16 points while Kaitlynn Goodman had 12.
  • ELK VALLEY 84, OHIO VALLEY 41: Chelsea Burdette erupted for 29 points and Hannah Williams added 20 for host Elk Valley Christian (9-7). Madison Crank had 17 for Ohio Valley Christian.
  • Monday's girls games

  • MINGO CENTRAL 52, POCA 34: The Miners outscored the visiting Dots 33-11 in the middle quarters. Brittany Maynard scored 11 points for Mingo (5-7). McKenzie Ball totaled 11 points for Poca (4-13).
  • FAYETTEVILLE 66, VALLEY 45: Class A No. 10 Fayetteville outscored Valley 27-10 in the final period to upset the Class A No. 8 Greyhounds.
  • Senior Jessica Brown turned in 34 points and 14 rebounds for the host Pirates. Alvina Sedlock added 16 points for Fayetteville (9-3). Sophomore Abby Buchan netted 21 points Valley (8-4) and Kelsey Bird added 11. Greyhounds senior Alexis Payne, who was averaging 25.9 points, was held to nine.
