Catholic pressured its way to a 29-11 halftime lead. Peyton Mullen's eight steals led the defensive effort as Catholic (8-11) won handily despite 24 points by the Greyhounds' Alexis Payne.
Valley, ranked ninth in Class A, fell to 9-5.
