CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Huntington Prep's Andrew Wiggins, considered by many to be the top basketball recruit in the nation, was selected Thursday to participate in the 2013 McDonald's All-American Game on April 3 at the United Center in Chicago.

Wiggins, originally from Toronto, has not committed to a college yet but visited Florida State in December and has tentatively scheduled visits to Kentucky (Feb. 27), Kansas (March 3) and North Carolina (March 9), according to a CBSSports.com report. If the tentative dates remain, Wiggins would see Kentucky host Mississippi State, Kansas host West Virginia and North Carolina host Duke.
