Pocahontas County will host Tygarts Valley and Pendleton will travel to Tucker County for the Region 4 co-finals Thursday.

Brittany Gould paced the Panthers (16-6) with 23 points while Mckinzee Barker chipped in 15. Clay County will travel to Tolsia Wednesday in the other co-final.
