Sale of Big 12 footballs benefits Make-A-Wish

In conjunction with West Virginia's inaugural Big 12 football game vs. Baylor Saturday, commemorative footballs are being sold to benefit the state Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Rawlings is producing 2,012 Big 12 Inaugural Season WVU footballs, priced at $99, with proceeds benefiting the state Make-A-Wish Foundation, which works to get wishes granted for youngsters with life-threatening medical conditions.

Each football comes with an acrylic display case and features white panels with printed historic information about WVU football, including a list of bowl appearances, and a panoramic photo of Mountaineer Field.
