On Friday, Park Place Stadium Cinemas will open two comedies that were released in their native France in 2012 but are just now coming out in the States. “On the Other Side of the Tracks” is a buddy cop comedy about a pair of mismatched policemen who team up to investigate the murder of a business mogul’s wife. One of the stars is Omar Sy of last year’s Golden Globe-nominated “The Intouchables,” who will soon be seen as Bishop in “X-Men: Days of Future Past.” Showtimes are 12:10 and 7:20 p.m. “The Players” is a raunchy series of short films set around the theme of infidelity and starring Oscar winner Jean Dujardin of “The Artist” fame. Showtimes are 2:35, 5 and 9:45 p.m. Call 304-345-6541 or visit www.ourshowtimes.com/park_place.html.
