New York fugitive arrested in Bluefield
BLUEFIELD, W.Va. — A man wanted for violating his parole in New York state was arrested Tuesday in Bluefield.
Federal marshals arrested Rudolph Sinclair, 21, at a residence on Reese Street, according to a news release from the U.S. Marshals Service. Sinclair was convicted of armed robbery, the release states.
Firearms and narcotics were seized from the residence, and Sinclair may face additional charges related to those items, the release states.
Sinclair was being held Wednesday at the Southern Regional Jail pending extradition proceedings to return to New York.
