Ice cream-truck driver allegedly possessed child pornography
The driver of an ice-cream truck from Beckley faces criminal charges for allegedly possessing child pornography, according to Beckley Police.
Officer James Quesenbery said a landlord found child pornography on videotapes at the residence of Alvin Jessup, 63, after he was evicted.
Quesenbery said the landlord showed him a video of a female that appeared to be a minor engaged in an act of prostitution.
Jessup is still under investigation and could face more charges.
