State probe continues in death of McDowell strip-mine trucker

CHARLESTON, W.Va. - State officials are still investigating the death a week ago of a coal miner in a trucking accident at McDowell County strip mine site.
Danny L. Jones, 38, of Bradshaw, was the fifth miner in West Virginia and the 19th miner nationwide to die on the job in 2008.

THIS IS HIS SISTER, IM SO HEARTBROKEN AND MY PARENTS ARE TOO,I HOPE THIS DOESNT HAPPEN TO ANOTHR FAMILY, SOMEONE PLEASE HELP US. TO INSURE THIS DOESNT HAPPEN AGAIN. THE BOSS KNEW THE TRUCK WAS IN BAD CONDITION. HOPE HE CAN SLEEP WELL AT NIGHT.BECAUSE ALL OF HIS FAMILY CANNOT.HE HAD SUCH A LOVING WIFE.MY SIS IN LAW, IS MY SISTER IN MY HEART.PLEASE HELP US...
