ELKINS, W.Va. -- An 82-year-old Randolph County man accused in the shooting death of his wife has been found not competent to stand trial.
The Inter-Mountain reports that Circuit Judge Jaymie Wilfong issued the ruling in Theodore Yeager Newlon's case Thursday.
