Wednesday is the deadline to register with the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Residents in the following counties are eligible: Boone, Cabell, Clay, Fayette, Greenbrier, Jackson, Kanawha, Lincoln, Mason, McDowell, Mercer, Mingo, Nicholas, Pocahontas, Raleigh, Roane, Tyler, Webster and Wood.
