CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- A Lincoln County man smashed open his girlfriend's front door with a propane tank when she locked him out before trying to take her purse, police say.
Charleston Police Department Cpl. T.A. Van Horn responded to a disturbance at 841 Oakwood Road Apt. A in Charleston at about 8 p.m. Saturday.
