SOUTH CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- South Charleston has arranged a special schedule for trash pickup over the New Year's holiday.
On New Year's Eve, trash can be dropped off in dumpsters at Public Works, 1103 Jefferson Road. No trash will be accepted on New Year's Day.
