CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- The Martin Luther King Jr. West Virginia Holiday Commission will host an ecumenical church service, a march to the Capitol steps and a reception in the West Virginia Culture Center Monday.
The ecumenical service will be at Asbury United Methodist Church, located at 501 Elizabeth St. in Charleston's East End, at 8:30 a.m.
