CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- A Dunbar man accused of shooting another man whom he believed slapped his pregnant girlfriend in the belly is believed to suffer from some form of psychosis, his lawyer said Tuesday.
Franklin Delano Beverly, 31, is accused of shooting Joe Green up to nine times in an apartment complex near Shawnee Park in October. Green survived the shooting.
