CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- You won't have to be quiet at the Kanawha County Public Library's Sunday Jam series from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Sunday. The event features singer Mick Souter recounting some of the state's culture, history and people via stories and songs in a program called "Celebrate West Virginia."
