Illinois fugitive captured in Huntington
HUNTINGTON, W.Va. -- Police in Huntington arrested an Illinois man wanted on suspicion of violating his parole by threatening a judicial official.
Members of the U.S. Marshals Service arrested Thomas Ray III, 43, in the 2100 block of 9th Avenue on Tuesday. Ray is on parole for a 2006 kidnapping conviction.
