SHADY SPRING, W.Va. -- The Cool Ridge-Flat Top Public Service District has issued a boil-water advisory for the Egeria System, which includes Egeria Road, Flat Top Egeria Road and Barn Road. Also in the advisory is the Odd Westview System, which includes the areas of Odd, Besoco, Lego, Mead, Kilarney and East Gulf.
