CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Dunbar City Council members agreed on Monday to purchase a new garbage truck and passed the first reading of an ordinance to update its trash service requirements.
Dunbar Mayor Jack Yeager said the city uses four garbage trucks to pick up residents' trash and one of the trucks was worn out and old. The new truck cost $128,000.
