CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- West Virginia American Water has issued a boil-water advisory for about 100 residential customers in Oak Hill's New River system, because of a water main break.

The area includes Shuff Street, Rogers Street, Kinneson Street, Almond Street, Honeysuckle Lane, Summerlee Avenue, Mote Street and Drummond Lane. Customers in those areas should boil their water for at least one minute before use, until further notice.
