Jennings Randolph archery range to be expanded

ELK GARDEN, W.Va. – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has awarded a grant to help pay for expanding the archery range at Jennings Randolph Lake.

The $15,000 grant comes from the corps’ Handshake Partnership...
